Form submissions are automatically saved in database (can be turned off). In addition to downloading data in CSV, form actions allow the submissions to be sent via email, sent to a legacy system via Http Post, and saved to an external database by executing a SQL Query.

STATUS CHANGE ACTIONS

Email

Let the user know that their submission is pending review, approved, or rejected. An admin can set any number of statuses and trigger an email to end user throughout the workflow.

Moderation

Moderators can be notified of a new submission or when a specific status is set on a submission. It allows you to create your own workflow and moderate submissions.

Encryption

When enabled, all user submitted data is encrypted and saved in the database. Use this option to securely store Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or other sensitive information.

Validation

Validation is built in and works out of the box. Drag an email field and it will automatically validate for a valid email address. You can always choose from a list of pre-defined validations or even use your own RegEx pattern.

What is a perpetual license?

A perpetual license allows you to use the licensed software indefinitely without paying annual or any additional licensing fees.

What happens after my 1 year subscription expires?

A perpetual license allows you to use the licensed software even after your subscription has expired. However, the ability to download software and/or request product activation keys ends when the subscription expires.

Which edition should I buy for dev/staging/testing licenses?

We strongly recommend to purchase Enterprise Edition which allows you to activate the product on any number of DNN Installs for dev/staging/testing.

You can use the product for dev/staging/testing under LOCALHOST url only with Standard Edition.

What are the System Requirements & DNN Compatibilty?

Live Forms is compatible with DNN 7.3.0 & above

Are there any limitations with trial?

Not at all. Trial version is fully functional and it's identical to our production version.

You're welcome to evaluate the product for 14 days after which it must be activated. You will not lose any of your work or settings when activating the trial to production.
