Live Signature takes all the necessary measures to ensure the security of the documents. Tampering protection ensures that documents are authentic. Signer must authenticate by logging on to the site using their username and password or use a unique link that is emailed to them. Signer must also opt-in and consent to electronic signature.
Live Signature has many checks and balances to validate the authenticity of the document, the signer(s), and the signatures. Each Live Signature generated document, signature, and signer has a unique ID (hash) that is tied to the original content. Any changes (even as small as a punctuation mark or a whitespace) to the document, signature, or signer identity automatically renders the entire cover invalid and the documents self destruct.
