Ticket Instructions

It is recommended that you login to the site before submitting a help request.

Use the “Product Name” option in the drop-down to search for products in the Store catalog, or to locate items you have previously purchased (requires log-in). Tickets placed through this option will be routed directly to vendor of the product.

Use the additional options in the selector to request info from Store staff, or to provide general feedback about the web site, a product, or any other matter. 

Once you have created tickets, they can be reviewed in your ticket list.
