The following tips will help you when making a purchase on The Store:

Learn all you can about the item:

• Read the product description carefully.
• Avoid making assumptions about details that aren't included in the description.

Check the vendor's support feedback:

• From the product page, click the hyperlink number next to the Feedback Score. From here you'll see what other buyers have had to say about support from the vendor.

Check the vendor's reviews:

• From the product page, click the hyperlink “View All Reviews“ in the Review Summary section. From here you'll see what other buyers have had to say about the vendor's products. The Spotlight Reviews section at the bottom of the item details can also be viewed to see selected reviews for the product.

Ask the vendor questions. From the product page, click the “Send a message“ link in the Feedback section at the bottom of the page to ask the vendor any questions you may have.
