DNN Corp. provides paid support plans for all users of DNN Platform or Evoq. If you’re running DNN 8.2 or later, you’re eligible for the support plans outlined in this document. There are a number of services available, including site health check, site migration, version upgrade and feature request priority weighting.

Standard

1,800/year
  • Phone and Chat Support During Business Hours
  • Feature Request Priority Weighting (1x)
  • Case Priority Weighting for Non-Critical Issues (1x)
  • Quarterly Virtual User Conferences
  • 5 web based tickets and 1 phone based ticket per month

Gold

$3,600/year
  • Everything in the Standard package, plus:
