If you need a GREAT Support Ticket system, you just found it. The Features are fantastic. Awesome product! My only complaint is the way the License Key Registration works at Old Turtle's website. You get get two License Keys with each Purchase, for two websites but it is registered to your Email Address. So if you purchase a second Module you have to use a second email address, buy a third module you need another email address. We use this with every Client we have and I cannot keep up with all of the email addresses just for this.

Man what a easy way to provide your customers with Image, Video and Audio galleries in a professional way with all of the Themes an options available in the Module. Video streaming from companies like Vimeo is a breeze. The only thing I would like to see added is the ability to stream Audio from a CDN instead of my web server.
Great Skins, Jerry will take care of you if you have any additional needs when it comes to customization. Awesome Responsive Skins and the CSS is fantastic to work with.
Another great Responsive Skin from DNNSkin.net. Beautiful Skins, Great Customer Service, lots of options to make your website look professional. One suggestion if you are not the greatest with using CSS, buy the Templates that are available with the Skin. The Templates will speed your work by at least 80% and make you look like a real Pro.
DNNGo is awesome. I have purchased 5-6 Skins from them and they have always been super responsive to any request of tweaks. Excellent Customer Service. Thier new Responsive Skins work great on all Smartphones and Tablets that I have tested.

Great support, I had a problem with some of the Add/Edit/Delete images not displaying when I first installed the product. Turned out it was a the CSS style sheet with the Sklin I was using but they located the problems and fixed it ASAP. Good work everyone. I highly recommend this product and company. D.
