One the best tool we ever bought...
One the worst service ever had. Module doesn't do what it was suppose to do. Seller is arrogant. Total lost for me, seller also refused to reimburse.
Powerfull tool... but a job to configure !
Could be lot easyer to use... Clients have a hard time using it. Good tool for developper and web integrator, but would not recommend for end user unfortunately,,,
Still not perfect but the best one I found yet...

I have been shopping for a Mega Menu solution for a while and nothing was corresponding to my needs except VERY EXPENSIVE solutions that you can't afford for a regular client's site. Candice here offers for a buck a great alternative and a SUPER service. I recommend anytime.

Could be more intuitive but once you know it, it does a great job ! Role creation is a missing option...
Here are some examples of bug I can't live with and that I could not reasonably detect using the trial version: 1. When I create a ticket, I can't assign to operator nor team. I have to create first and then assign. If I assign to a team and I'm member of this team, I don't find my ticket in advance search ticket when I look for my tickets, I have to search both places... Incredible lost of time! 2. There are no Title to issue. 3. When a task just being created, I go to create tasks. When a task is created for an operator (I click UPDATE) BUT THE PAGE DOESN'T REFRESH so we don't know if we clicked ? 4. Jpeg attachment not supported for task creation... 5. RESX files seems not to work I'm not saying it's completely disfunctionnal module but there are some bugs and way too many clicks for simple tasks that should be accessible immediately Bottom line, I Would not recommend at all...
Excellent module, runs well, easy to install and setup, I would recommend anytime. PLUS, great support from developper.

Good module I can't say the opposite but license was not clear at all. I NEVER BUY single website license, it's in opposition to community and other modules offer the same without this restriction in very reasonable price. I would rather pay much more and use it as I wan then to pay per use and depend on the reply each time you need it. My humble opinion...
Another great tool to have in a web developper's hands ! In my situation, I never give ADMIN access to my client so this module becomes indispensable ! I use it in almost 80% of my client's site, could not live without it since... GREAT WORK Nina ! For when the next issue ?

I recently bought this thing with lots of expectations but realized it was an OVERKILL module. First, it took me more than an hour just to figure out how to install. Once done there was plenty of modules appearing everywhere as the whole template took control of the website. Even existing module already with content were deleted during the installation! Then started play with it, shared with the client but realized it was WAY TO COTROLL FREAK and I had no flexibility on witch questions were good or not, no control on lots of important parameters I needed and finally the client asked me to uninstall. I gently asked the seller for a reimbursement as it's a ONE TIME only installation and the answer was a clear NO. I had to share with you this $129 very sad experience that ended up uninstalling everything and buying another module.
One the best and suitable module I've ever bought ! Can be used on almost any kind of situations when you need to display products, pictures, for sale items, it's a must on a developper's tool box BIG TIME ! Congrat Bruce, 5 stars !

GREAT SUPPORT, great product. Little hard to install but the support is so great that you can't say a word... Once installed, so many options and flexibility, I recommand this product a lot !
Great product, lots of options and flexibility once installed and set up if you are a programer... For myself (not a programer) I just can't even install it, it's to complicated.
Unfortunate, the free product don't work (and it looks so appealing !!!) and it seems that there is no assictance for it as I tried with no reply at all after 3 days. Not very encouraging to buy the product !
