This module is really solid, and the support staff at Smith Cart always goes above and beyond to help with any problems or questions
We have been using the Data Springs modules several years. It started out as just looking for a usable module for creating quick contact forms, but we've since purchased the entire collection and get a lot of use out of all the great modules. These modules are super useful and often prevent us from having to create custom modules. Aside from an extremely solid suite of products, the support they offer is outstanding. They support the products very well. So a great set of modules, and great support, you cannot go wrong.
We've worked extensively with the pre-release version of Innestonuke and I can say that it is pretty incredible. It is hard to believe that they have actually pulled off a seamless integration between DNN and ASPDotNetStorefront. As this was a pre-release version we had some issues to work out and Brilliance Business Solutions was quick to respond to all of them. They operated with integrity through the project and went above and beyond to deliver a good solution for our client. They have my highest recommendation.
When we initially looked at this product, I read about how good the support is. That 100% describes my experience so far. We did encounter a few problems along the way, due to our set up (we were trying to go from an installation where the AD provider was not working to this module). I have to say, support went above and beyond to help us get this working. Great job and great product. Thanks again for all your help!
WOW! I have been working with DNN since version 1.0 (DNN XXL actually) and have bought hundreds of modules from Snowcovered. I have never experienced support like I got from Dr. Nuke. We had a rather arcane problem with a single install of IE8. This wasn't occurring on any other machine or test environment. I actually told James not to worry about it, but he kept with it and fixed the problem. I was truly blown away. If every module vendor had support like this there would be no other CMS platforms on the market, DNN would be the only one standing.
This skin is tight...but you can see that from the code. What you can't see is the service that Bind gives. We wanted to see a DNN 5 version that used an SEO-friendly nav (aka HouseMenu). They cranked it out and provided us a skin for no charge. Awesome. We've found this skin to be super flexible too (check out LydiasList.com to see an unusual look that is possible). Rock on Bind! Bring us more skins!!!
We have tried several photo gallery modules and this one is by far the best. It has every feature we want and it very easy to use. My times when developers add features to modules they become to complex for the end user to cope with....this is not the case with ZLDNN PhotoAlbum. Best of all, we haven't found a bug yet! Also, we have made a couple of support requests for additional features or slight tweaks of additional features and the developer has been excellent in their response. Most of the time they have got back to us in minutes. In my experience this kind of service is really rare with DNN modules. This is a great module....you won't go wrong purchasing it!
Overall, great skin. Two reasons I am not giving it a 5 star ranking. First, the PhotoShop source files ar enot included. Second, the logo must be added directly to the skin graphics, it cannot be specified via DNN's logo setting on the Site Settings page.
This is an amazing module. With XMod, we cut the development time for on custom DNN module from 20-60 hours to 8-10 hours (this would have probably been even less in the hands of a developer with more current skills). As an added benefit, the module we created also has a clear upgrade path to DNN 3.0 without us having to rework a custom module we developed. In this case XMod saved our relationship with our client and paid for itself many times over. I can’t say thank you enough for this excellent product! Spence Hackney www.spencehackney.com
It does what it says, that is allow a user to place a file int he 'DropBox" directory of your portal. However, their is no acknowledgment sent when a file is "dropped" and their is also no way for the administrator to view these files outside of FTP. Good basic module, but needs some improvement to be useful. May want to check out the Gooddog's Repository module instead. I am using it to allow clients to send me files, and it works well.
