Installed this module and within 15 minutes had it up and running - super easy, I did run across one error but that was on my end - the list are case sensitive.. so type carefully, great module does exactly what its suppose to

Great product, simple and easy to use. I went down the path of starting to create my own solution, and quickly realized that the money spent to purchase this was much less than my time to do it myself. The product is exactly as described, was very easy to implement and customize. I had my first custom form tested and implemented in about 15-20 minutes. Nice integration into the DNN settings page.
