Whenever your clients need your support, they can register and submit tickets. If your clients have new projects, they can also submit ticket and discuss details. Using this module, it allows users to create tickets easily and review their request details, project status. It can help you to manage and follow up your projects smoothly, so we confirm that you need it.

Features
  • Only registered users can submit tickets.
  • Admin can configure category for tickets. When users submit tickets, they need to choose a category for tickets.
  • It supports searching tickets according to Start Date,End Date, category, status and search key.
  • Admin can configure status for ticket and change status for tickets. After admin changes status for the ticket, users can see it.
  • Admin can record and check payment status including total amount and paid amount for the project.
  • After submitting tickets and replying in tickets, admin and users will get e-mail notification asap. When they click "Add reply" through e-mail, they will login website and redirect to ticket detail page automatically.
  • It allows you to uploading multiple attachments in each one ticket.
  • Users can configure their own timezone, it's helpful for admin and users to know time difference.
  • Added priority function, so admin can add priority for each ticket. 1-5 star can show the priority level.
  • Added sort function according to four options "Lastest", "Earliest", "High Priority" and "Low Priority".
