I bought the module: HandyTips and it really boosts the user-friendliness and customer-experience of your website! I can recommend it to everyone. This just gives the little extra that your customers will notice and say: "perfect till in the tips !"
The support from this developer is very very good! My Help-Desk question was answered within hours, even my follow-up questions. After a small conversation some logic changes were done which upgraded the user-friendly experience even more and added an option to have this module under every page as a 'Rendered in xxx seconds' one-liner. In one word: GREAT!
Some months ago I asked DNNCentric to build a Multi-Language FAQ module because there was no module on the market which could have Multi-Language Questions and Answers.
They builded the module and I wasn't charged for development work, only for the normal module price!
I gave some feedback and their support is really great and fast!
It is maintained, up to data and new versions do come quite fast.. with new and more functionality..
This is also the ONLY FAQ module which can have it's categories and questions/answers shared with other pages (so you can also display a "How do I fix my car?" question on another 'Help when fixing a car' page AND on the general FAQ page.
I couldn't build a Multi-Language site with a FAQ section without this module!
I chose this company for their experience in Multi-Language modules, rapid development and great support (I bought their MLContent module before).
This is really the best and easiest module i've ever bought! All upgrades are seemless and i've never had problems with that (while being afraid of doing updates with different modules that you might lose data/content, this module gives me a rock-solid feeling and is really proven technology!).
Customer Support is also one of the best i've ever seen. E-mails and helpdesk always respond the same day. Customer support quality seems to be more and more important when building a more custom website or when you're new with a module.
DNNCentric Customer Support should be an example for some other module vendors (some other Vendors really do something wrong: they have a nice product but support lacks, when sending them en email, 1 till 3 weeks later you get a reply).
DNNCentric did some custom work for me and they communicate very clear and fast (Email & msn).
Bottomline: This Multilanguage Content Module is THE beginning for all my Multi-language sites!
