I am changing my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. I still do not agree with the licensing model but it is in writing and not hidden. Mandeeps also called me directly, which you will not see a lot of vendors do. All of the Mandeeps modules are very good and i would recommend them to anyone.

This is a great product with very poor support unfortunately. Submitted a support request almost a week ago and still have not received any response.

Great product. Extremely flexible so far and I haven't run into anything I am not able to do.
The reason I am updating my review is for support reasons. I submit all my support issues through snowcovered so that I can easily keep track of everything in one place. I recently submitted a support request and was told that I should have checked their forums first for the answer....OK, I agree, I should have checked the forums but they could have provided me the answer in the time it took them to respond and tell me I should have looked in the forum first and it's company policy to use the forums for support....I paid $300.00 for this module plus another $550.00 for customization that was already suppose to be a feature. I'm pretty sure I'm entitled to support even if I submit my request through snowcovered. It says righ on the module page for Smithcart "Technical Support - For technical support, just submit the request for assistance on the Help Desk, which is Snowcovered's help desk. I am disappointed at this point.
Excellent module....horrible support. It's been over a week since I reported an issue with many of the one click direction links not working and asked the developer to take a look. Nothing...not a word.
Now I know what the developer is going to say....this isn't my problem, it's Bing's problem. I'm fine with that if that's the truth but at least give me the courtesy of looking at this issue and at least communicating with me on this.
Disappointed with the support but it's still a great module. Better support would equal 5 stars without a doubt.

This is a great module with excellent support. Highly recommended.
After using this product, I find that it is very flexible and most things can be worked out with a little thought. I am using this extensively on a new site and it saved me a ton of development money. Great product and great support
