This worked quite well. I haven't tried it yet on DNN 7 but it worked well on DNN 5 when we bought it.
I thought that AVT's Action Form module was awesome but this one (My Tokens) takes the prize. I used this module to pull the user's IP Address from DNN, retrieve users geo-location data with the IP address via MaxMind's REST API and then pass that geo-location data to our SalesForce.com web2lead form via AVT's Action Form.
Simply Amazing. I am officially fans of these guys now. I may even put them on my Christmas card list. THANKS!!!
I purchased this form after struggling with another DNN form provider through a few different releases of DNN. This form is awesome and I mean awesome. It is simple, powerful and has incredible support. The documentation is just okay but did I mention the module itself and the support are awesome? I used this form to automate free trials for our website. The form captures the user info, creates their DNN user account, adds them to a TrialUsers role and then posts all of their form info to our Salesforce.com site.
Note: I don't normally give five stars (or reviews at all) but It works great.
The skin is good looking (as is plain to see) and coveys the Web 2.0 feeling nicely - something we're very interested in for a revamp of our site.
I initially had some problems installing it but the support received from Exionyte was nothing short of fantastic if not fanatic! I REALLY REALLY didn't expect a same day response to support email sent at 11 PM and I mean 11 PM at the Exionyte time zone (!).
Long story short -> HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Product activation was a pain but the product is great once it is activated.

This product comes with excellent features, good ease of use and exceptional technical support. Thanks Chad and Candace for all of your help and for never saying "it's not our problem." I started with older versions of Dynamic Forms and Dynamic Registration and have chosen to upgrade both, numerous times. There was just no need to look elsewhere.
