I hope you have better luck than I. I followed the instructions carefully, downloaded the product and attempted to get a license key, but all I got was "no sales match your key code." I attempted to contact support desk at DigNuke and all they told me was to follow the same instructions I had already followed - there was no attempt to follow up and resolve the issue. To the best of my knowledge I made the mistake of ordering on April 1 and have been the victim of an April Fool prank. At any rate, if the product is good I will never know, because the support has been HUGELY disappointing.
It just works. The learning curve is a bit steep, but that is because they put so much into the product. As a developer be prepared to do a deep dive on XSLT as that is their platform of choice for enforcing business logic. It's not overly cumbersome and a reasonable compromise to managing complex situations from a platform neutral standpoint.
As a developer I don't have time to learn the ins and outs of storefront management. Revindex did all the heavy lifting for me.
This was really easy to setup and use. The need to have every photo sized exactly the same is somewhat annoying but not difficult to overcome. This module does create some awkward margin issues so be aware that if you have some suddenly odd page margins this module might be the culprit. Again, not difficult to overcome if you know even the slightest bit of CSS and worth it to tweak out for the ease of a nice, low-cost image slider.
The module itself is very nice and has a good look. Don't expect the slider module to work, however. I replaced the absolutely horrible canned slider with the Fancy Image slider from a different vendor (see my other review) and it works much better. I suggest DNN Cow dump that "feature" as it detracts from an otherwise decent product.
Simple to setup and use. Would give it 5 stars but the Captcha is not always reliable in production.
