user icon I've been using this module for a couple of years now and have found it to be very flexible and useful. You can have multiple pages showing different FAQ sections. Very intuitive and looks great too. Customizable, so it fits whatever pane you choose. I've had to reach out to customer support a couple of times to learn how to customize the width and to help resolve another issue I was having. Response was fast, and worked with me until the issue was resolved. Highly recommended module.

user icon I use the AJAX FAQ module for both FAQs and Testimonials on my website. I recently upgraded to take advantage of some newer features. While it didn't quite go as planned (my backup was corrupted), tech support helped me until everything was up and running again. They went way beyond the support level that I expected, and got my site upgraded perfectly. I really appreciate it. I've been using their module for about three years now and would highly recommend it for its flexibility, features and support. Thank you!

user icon I purchased a less expensive scheduling module from a different company, but after installing it and finding out a couple things it couldn't do, I considered ScheduleComplete Lite. Before I bought another module to do the same thing, I emailed these new questions. The response was very fast. I sent several, very specific questions (couldn't remember them all up front). Every email was answered quickly and clearly. I installed the app but ran into problems. Their tech support helped determine that the problem was my databases weren't compatible. After I got that taken care of, they went through significant effort to ensure that everything was working properly and that I understood how to use the software (they plan to upgrade their manual to make some things I ran into more clear). I am extremely happy with the product and the support I received. I HIGHLY recommend ScheduleComplete Lite and Advanced Software Technologies.
