user icon Great module and even better support. Performs reliably and constantly gets new features added such as cloud support. Well worth the piece of mind, don't wait for your big crash to happen, back yourself up!

Apollo PageLocalization 3.0

user icon Works as indicated and most importantly scales well - no crazy DB hits like some of the freebie localization modules. Also integrates with Snapsis and Markit menus perfectly.

BizSuite (Helpdesk & CRM) ULTIMATE
Keith T (22) Visit Reviewers Website says... 4 4.0

user icon Having tried the first generation Old Turtle help desk, then abandoning it to go back to the plain old "contact form" style of support (because of a couple of usability issues), I have to say we now rely on the new generation Bizsuite help desk. It has matured really well and looks nice and runs well. Our non-technical staff can manage tickets without much training or fuss. General customers seem to work with it intuitively with no reports of problems.

Live Tabs v5.0.0
Keith T (22) Visit Reviewers Website says... 5 5.0

user icon Excellent module- there are a lot of options for 'tabs' around these days, Mandeeps is the most attractive. Not only that, when I discovered I read the licensing terms wrong and needed tabs for more than one domain, they responded on a Sunday and had the issue resolved the next morning, generously offering extra licenses due to our circumstances. This is how DNN module developers succeed and grow! :)

user icon Perfect, a superb, must-have module from a guy with a complete understanding of DNN rewrite issues. Google may pretend in official blogs they can sort out querystring's and webmasters should just leave URL's alone, but it's just not the case: what's good for the user is good for the robots.

Axon 4.0 - Newsletters, Threaded CRM, List Servers and AutoResponders
Keith T (22) Visit Reviewers Website says... 3 3.0

user icon The most flexible mailer around for DNN period. Very good support, we had a version conflict with some 3rd party controls and Onyaktech did their best to assist. Would be 5 stars if not for - the reliance on the 3rd party control version dependence - lack of thread-safe/app restart/etc. guarantees like some other mailers (which have less flexibility) guarantee Overall well worth the purchase and one of these modules where it always seems to have more uses then you can dream up for it.

user icon In Axon you can set the campaigns to run in batches, which allow you to continue your email run after an application restart or server crash.

user icon Just great.. we have gone through several DNN slideshow modules but this is just perfect - Flash is a dead horse, why complicate things when you can get the same effects in standard browser technologies?

user icon Works great, we've tried a couple different news/blog systems for DNN and this is the one we stuck with! Multi-lingual and the tokens are a real plus.

Snapsis PageBlaster 3.3.1 Pro (New)
Keith T (22) Visit Reviewers Website says... 5 5.0

user icon Caching dynamic pages is a tricky subject, and I was apprehensive at first about trying this module. The 2.0 version is just smoking hot, you will not believe the performance difference until you try it. Save your creaky old server from thousands of un-needed DB queries, load the pages from a static cache with Pageblaster! The developer, John Mitchell, is a core DNN team member and as such is extraordinarily helpful and responsive - listening to new ideas and always there with suggestions if there's a conflict with other modules. I have a lot of low-level rewrite modules going on at once which made for a bit of web.config trial and error, however I think 95% of typical DNN admins will have no problems whatsoever, it just takes a few minutes and your site spits out pages at lightning speed. Plus, if you think this version is cool, the grapevine has it that the next version is going to have a feature that will make Pageblaster pretty much the killer app for DNN. Best value out of thousands of bucks spent on Snowcovered, by far!

Nukelet 2.1
Keith T (22) says... 5 5.0

user icon Works great, truly a revolutionary product for Dotnetnuke. There's simply too much good code out there in languages other than .NET, and not enough time in the day to re-write it all. Author is very supportive.

SEO Dynamic Keywords Module
Keith T (22) Visit Reviewers Website says... 5 5.0

user icon Even though the common school of thought in SEO circles is that meta tags are outdated and ignored by search engines, this is not so. Especially in situations where you have thousands of similar product or message forum pages, having unique, relevant meta tags that describe the page is very important as they may be the tipping point that makes the search engine algos decide whether the page is 'Duplicate Content' or not. If you have hundreds of pages in the supplemental Google results, you need to take some steps like using this module to make each page more unique, and not so 'cookie-cutter'. The module itself works perfectly. There was a small conflict with Pageblaster, but the two developers (Alex from XP Idea and John from Snapsis) worked together briliantly and fixed it the same day.

NukeDK 1.9.9 w/AJAX by Bi4ce
Keith T (22) says... 5 5.0

user icon It wasn't too long ago I was skeptical about ListX, with the thought "Oh great, a pseudo-language, just what i need to help with my .NET learning curve.. ". But the end results of what i've built both raise eyebrows and save me a hell of a lot of time and money. Now i'm committed to it and it's time to 'pimp my Listx'. I'm not even close to what you would call a programmer (actually I make music & design), but where there's a business need I prefer to spend the extra time and learn it myself. and ListX let's even relative beginners like myself get the job done.

Open-ViewState v2.0 PA (DNN 4.x)
Keith T (22) says... 5 5.0

user icon Works great. Caching Viewstate into XML is a great way to reduce code bloat, and this module does it perfectly. Normally this principles behind this type of application are hidden away in the 'Tweaking Performance' chapter of some advanced .NET book: the developer has implemented this idea perfectly.

user icon Great module, one of these small details that Dotnetnuke core forgot about, but makes a big difference in useability. The developer responded right away to a bug report and fixed prompty.

DNNMasters Multi Portal User Sharing PRO (PA)
Keith T (22) says... 5 5.0

user icon Dnnmasters excels in not only having extremely advanced and useful modules such as this one, but that they are one of these companies which truly values the customers needs. They spent many hours working with me to improve this module, to the point where I now feel it is a pretty revolutionary step in Dotnetnuke development: share your users across portals and domain names. It works seemlessly and the price tag can easily by justified by the simplicity of having one user base for many portals. Never mind the superstar support, which ended up being so good I started feeling guilty for keeping these guys on the case so much.

Portal Store 6.56 DNN 4
Keith T (22) says... 5 5.0

user icon A mature shopping cart, with all the features you could ask for and more. Then again, when I ask for more (new payment providers, different navigation), the developer delivers. We have trusted our entire commerce process to this system and believe it was a good choice. It seems to be updated bi-monthly, and you can tell that the developer is dedicated to improving the module.

user icon Horacio responded to my problem (I had a DNN 4.0.2 install, and the module only worked properly with 4.0.3) within minutes. Not only did he respond faster than I respond to most personal friends, he recompiled the code so it would work with my older version of DNN and sent it to me the same day. Great!
