Originally, we intended to use Invenmanger for a project, but found that the module was no longer available when we were ready to begin development. After some deliberation and testing, we decided to use this module to allow students to register for art classes at the Art Museum of Greater Lafayette (http://www.artlafayette.org/Classes). We found the module to be stable on the DNN7x, intuitive and easy-to-use, and powerful in its capabilities. After implementation, our client asked us for changes and we found that the "add on questions" built into the module allowed us to easily accommodate the requests without having to ask for a custom modification. In hindsight, we are glad that the Invenmanager situation set in motion the events that led us to this module. We highly recommend this module for anyone needing an events module.
As a designer/developer of over 150 DNN sites, I am very impressed with this module. It was easy to install and configure, generating no errors. The admin interface was easy to use. I literally had the module up and running in less than 15 minutes.
The results are gorgeous. You can see the module in action at www.evantoddaveda.com.
We downloaded this product, however, are having some issues with it (dealing with updates/versions). Hoping to get it all worked out.
The module works as advertised except for the online license authentication. I purchased the module after trying it out for 30 days. In fact, I was so delighted with the module, I paid $99 for an enterprise license. However, once I paid for the module there was no instruction about how to obtain a license.
I had an issue involving upgrades between DNN4x and DNNx. Richard responded immediately and resolved the issue within 24-hoursl He was kind enough to login to my site to troubleshoot and fix the issue. I am very impressed with Richard and highly recommend DNN Aggregator.
I have never been this disappointed in a module or a developer in the three years I've used DNN. I have developed almost 100 sites in DNN and have purchased dozens of modules during this time. We paid for this module almost a week ago. It does not work. For the first 48-hours, the developer was responsive. He apologized and offered a few suggestions to correct, what seems to me, is a minor problem with the module's ability to recognize an authorized license. My web site displays a big, black "error" box on every page of my site stating that the module is unlicensed, even though we paid for it. Now, the developer is AWOL, and I have an urgent deadline in which to meet to launch the site. PaleDNN was quite aware of the deadline...and even after repeated emails and help desk tickets is silent. I would not recommend PaleDNN on customer service alone.
This is one of the most cutting-edge skins I have used. By simply editing the CSS in the host settings I have more control over the look/feel of my site, without having to know "techie" skinning techniques.
When I had a question about how to implement a patterned background through the CSS file, Dr. Nuke answered right away and provided me with the code I needed.
I highly recommend Dr. Nuke and the Catalyst skin, for beginners and advanced users alike.
My site is not finished, but when it is, you'll be able to see it at www.mullentowing.com.
I had a problem getting the module to work, and it turned out to be a user error on my part when I configured the module -- however, Chris was so helpful in helping me with the troubleshooting. He responded immediately to my request for help. And I love his help desk system. I will not only purchase modules in the future, I will likely buy the subscription packages that Onyaktech is offering.
I am a marketer, not a web designer or developer. So, when a friend asked me to help him with his propery management site, I turned to DotNetNuke...and thankfully, the BrokerWebSuite module. The new web site, along with the property listings module, has transformed my friend's business. He now proudly diverts all web traffic from Craigs List and local news sites to his new site. The response from prospective tenants has been amazing. They love the easy-to-use filters, the Mapquest maps, photo gallery, etc. As the "developer" I was thrilled with how easy the basic module was to set up. When I needed help, the module developer answered promptly with a lot of detail to help me through some of the customizations, such as re-labelling buttons, changing the search filters, and editing the amenities list. I looked "under the hood" enough to figure out that I've only scratched the surface regarding what this module can do. For all you "heavy lifters" out there, I highly highly recommend this m
I am very impressed with the speediness of help desk support with Datasprings. I use several of their products, including the Interactive User Import/Export module, and I have always had resolution within hours. I wish other module developers were as professional and fast as this developer.
